Lingua Inglese 1-2 (Laurea Specialistica in Lingue e Culture)



The theoretical part of this exam will offer a survey of the history of the English language, with brief illustrations of the main changes that have intervened over the centuries, and will offer reflections on the principles and methods of the study of language variation and change. Students are expected to prepare a short written piece of work (mini-tesina) besides sitting for the oral exam.
